Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before downloading or using CleanVault: Photo Cleaner ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CleanVault, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your iOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Sublicense, sell, resell, or rent the App
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. In-App Purchases

Some features of CleanVault require an in-app purchase or subscription. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service. Prices are listed in the App and may change. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. User Content and Permissions

CleanVault requires access to your photo library, contacts, and files to perform its functions. By granting these permissions, you authorize the App to access and process this content solely to provide the App's features. All processing occurs on-device.

You are solely responsible for any content you store, modify, or delete using the App. We strongly recommend backing up your data before using any cleaning features. Deletions made through the App are your responsibility.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

In particular, we are not responsible for:

Accidental deletion of photos or files through use of the App
Data loss resulting from device issues
Any loss of data stored in the private vault if you forget your passcode

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes relating to these Terms or the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
